Assalāmu ‘Alaykum Wa Rahmatullāhi Wa Barakātuh

We thank our listeners for tuning in and present the following Islamic State news bulletin for Sunday, the 7th of Rajab in the year 1436 of the prophetic hijrah.

The following is a glimpse at our most important headlines:

■ More than 50 Safawī soldiers are killed as a result of 3 istishhādī attacks.

■ The commander of the Safawī army’s 1st Division and the commander of the 38th Brigade are both killed.

♢ In Wilāyat al-Anbār:

● Three istishhādī attacks were carried out yesterday at dhuhr at the Safawī-controlled Turaybīl border crossing between Iraq and Jordan. The attacks, which resulted in more than 50 Safawī soldiers being killed, were carried out by our brothers Abū ‘Abdillāh al-Baljīkī, Abū Ja’far as-Sinigālī, and Abū Bakr al-Faransī. May Allah accept them amongst the shuhadā’.

● The attacks targeted a cafeteria and dormitory for Safawī soldiers inside the government center, destroying the building and killing more than 40 Safawiyyīn. They also targeted the main checkpoint at the Turaybīl border exit, destroying the checkpoint and killing all those stationed there.

● The soldiers of the Islamic State likewise assaulted a border police station yesterday at the artificial border with the Arabian Peninsula near the region of ‘Ar’ar. The assault began with an istishhādī attack using an explosive vehicle driven by our brother Abū Layth al-Jazrāwī. May Allah accept him amongst the shuhadā’. The istishhādī attack was followed by gun battles in which a large number of Safawī soldiers were killed.

● Meanwhile, a member of the Safawī SWAT militia near 100 Street in Ramādī.

♢ In Wilāyat Shamāl Baghdad:

● The commander of the Safawī army’s 1st Division, Brigadier General Hasan Tūfān, and the commander of the 38th Brigade were both killed in the fighting that took place yesterday and ended with the soldiers of the Khilāfah taking control of the area of Nādhim Tharthār in North Fallūjah.

● The mujāhidīn likewise assaulted Rāfidī Mobilization barracks, and also destroyed two Rāfidī Mobilization hummers with IEDs on the main road between Baghdad and Tikrīt near the area of Ishāqī, killing and wounding those inside.

● Near the area of Ishāqī, the soldiers of the Khilāfah targeted Rāfidī Mobilization fighters using heavy weapons.

● In the area of Farhātiyyah near the Rumaylāt bridge, the mujāhidīn targeted Rāfidī Mobilization barracks killing everyone inside.

● They also targeted Rāfidī Mobilization barracks as well as a Rāfidī Mobilization foot patrol near the area of Balad Station using two IEDs and an SPG-9 rocket, killing and wounding a number of them, walhamdulillāh.

♢ In Wilāyat Salāhuddīn:

● Four Safawī hummers were damaged and those inside killed and wounded during the course of gun battles that took place when they attempted to advance towards the Bījī refinery from the area of Honday south of the city of Bījī. They were successfully repelled and were forced to retreat in disgrace.

● Meanwhile, fighting continues inside the Bījī refinery with the soldiers of the Khilāfah taking control of some barracks in which the murtaddīn were previously stationed.

● Near the village of Mazra’ah south of the city of Bījī, a Safawī bulldozer was destroyed when Safawī soldiers and Rāfidī militias attempted to advance towards the village of Mālihah.

● During the course of the fighting near Mazra’ah, the mujāhidīn captured a 4-wheel drive vehicle and two hummers from the Safawī army and Rāfidī militias.

♢ In Wilāyat al-Janūb:

● Safawī soldiers were lured into an ambush in the area of Ridwāniyyah where they were targeted by an IED killing three of them. When more Safawī soldiers arrived, a gun battle took place in which a Safawī hummer was damaged and five more Safawī soldiers were killed, including a Safawī intelligence officer named Muhammad al-Wā’ilī.

● In the area of Mahmūdiyyah, a Safawī vehicle was targeted with an IED, killing two and wounding three others.

● In the area of Rashīd, the mujāhidīn succeeded in killing a Safawī intelligence agent, walhamdulillāh.

● In the area of ‘Arab Jabūr, an IED detonation targeted three Safawī hummers, killing and wounding those inside.

● In Hītāwiyyīn and ‘Abayd in the region of Zawba’, the soldiers of the Khilāfah targeted Safawī barracks using medium weapons as well as snipers.

♢ In Wilāyat Dimashq:

● The soldiers of the Khilāfah continue waging a fierce campaign dubbed “Lā Tubqī Wa Lā Tadhar,” as they advance from multiple directions towards the largest and the last of the Sahwah bases in the East Qalamūn mountain range. During the course of the battle, the soldiers of the Khilāfah succeeded in killing and wounding dozens of Sahwah fighters, including 7 Sahwah fighters killed and 25 wounded in the areas surrounding the region of Batrā’, walhamdulillāh.

● The mujāhidīn likewise succeeded in damaging a vehicle and taking the 14.5 caliber gun mounted on it as ghanīmah

● For the first time in a year, Nusayrī warplanes struck the area of Muhassah using implosion missiles and heavy machine guns in more than 10 airstrikes that came just days after the soldiers of the Khilāfah took control of the area.

● Meanwhile, an Islamic State artillery unit bombarded Sahwah frontline positions in the region of Batrā’ with five Katyusha rockets.

● The soldiers of the Khilāfah also targeted Sahwah frontline positions in the same region using medium and heavy weapons.

● The Jabhat al-Jawlānī commander in East Qalamūn named Abū ‘Āmir is confirmed dead. He was killed during the course of the Khilāfah’s ongoing campaign dubbed “Lā Tubqī Wa Lā Tadhar.”

● The soldiers of the Khilāfah likewise succeeded in killing Abū Husayn Qaryatayn, the commander of the East Qalamūn region for Zahran Alloush’s army.

♢ In Wilāyat Barqah:

● During the course of the Khilāfah’s campaign in Benghazi, the soldiers of the Khilāfah in the area of Thānawiyyah targeted a tāghūt army position at the missile base using mortar rounds, and landed direct hits, walhamdulillāh.

● In the area of Laythī, the soldiers of the Khilāfah succeeded in repelling the tāghūt army, which was supported by tanks as it attempted to advance from the direction of the highway. The mujāhidīn inflicted heavy casualties on the murtaddīn and forced them to withdraw.

● In Sūq al-Luhūm in the same area, the soldiers of the Khilāfah targeted a tāghūt army position with a number of mortar rounds.

● During the course of gun battles in the area of Sūq al-Hūt, the mujāhidīn in the region of Sābirī succeeded in killing a number of tāghūt soldiers.

♢ In Wilāyat al-Barakah:

● Nusayrī warplanes targeted the market in Shaddādī yesterday after dhuhr with four missiles, killing more than 10 people, including a woman and two children.

♢ In Wilāyat Halab:

● A masjid and a large number of home were destroyed, and 7 Muslims were killed and injured when a Scud missile struck the region of Dār al-Fath.

● Meanwhile, the soldiers of the Khilāfah bombarded Sahwah positions in the region of Sūrān using mortar rounds.

♢ In Wilāyat Saynā’:

● An M60 tank was damaged near the green valley area on the main road between ‘Arīsh and Shaykh Zuwayd.

♢ In Wilāyat Kirkūk

● Rāfidī and Peshmerga forces were unable to withstand an advance by the soldiers of the Khilāfah near the village of Bashīr.
